HOW IS THERMOLOCK USED?

  1. Preparation of the plaster

One bag of THERMOLOCK KF-S 020 multifunctional interior insulation plaster is emptied into a clean bucket. Approximately 15 liters of water are added and the mortar is mixed for 6-7 minutes using a slow-speed mixer.

  2. Preparation and filling of the surface

The surface to be worked on is cleaned of dust and dirt. It is then aligned to the desired thickness using ano and corner strip profiles, and the gaps between them are filled with previously prepared mortar using a machine or trowel and leveled to complete the first layer.

  3. Completion and finishing

Approximately 4 hours later, THERMOLOCK KF-S 020 is ready for the final coat. In the second coat, THERMOLOCK KF-S 020 is applied in a layer 0.5 cm thick to the already filled surface. Finishing is carried out using suitable tools such as steel spatulas, rubbing boards, rollers, sponges, etc.
